The Parkle chatbot itself is free to use. The business model of Parkle is commision based. On every transaction 70% of the fee that the renter pays goes to the landlord and 30% goes to Parkle.

If the landlord has given the opportunity to extend the rental, you can type dashboard in the parkle chatbot and extend the rental up to a maximum of 3 hours.
Once a year you can request a payout, without any cost. If you want a second pay out in the same year, we ask a 5€ administration fee for this.
Yes, you can, but if you want to use Parkle (sub rent) you need to have permission of the landlord.
Parkle will generate a tax invoice which you can use to fill in your tax declaration.
