Is Parkle free?

The Parkle chatbot itself is free to use. The business model of Parkle is commision based. On every transaction 70% of the fee that the renter pays goes to the landlord and 30% goes to Parkle.

What do I do as the place I rented is occupied?

Parkle exchanges telephone numbers between renter and landlord. In case the parking place is not free, call your landlord and try to resolve the problem. If there is another car illegally parked, try to make a new reservation in Parkle and send us a message on info@parkle.io and we will refund the costs.

What do I do when the renter is still using my place when the reservation has expired?

Parkle exchanges telephone numbers between renter and landlord. Just give your renter a call and try to resolve the problem. If that is not going smoothly let us know info@parkle.io.

Can I make a booking for half an hour?

No, currently Parkle only supports full hours.

Can I extend a rental?

If the landlord has given the opportunity to extend the rental, you can type dashboard in the parkle chatbot and extend the rental up to a maximum of 3 hours.

Is my payment information safe?

Parkle does not process payments. We use Mollie as our payment gateway (https://www.mollie.com/be/) and we do not store any payment information on our platform.

Can I retrieve the income I’ve made renting out my parking place?

Once a year you can request a payout, without any cost. If you want a second pay out in the same year, we ask a 5€ administration fee for this.

Parkle and GDPR

Parkle will only gather the necessary information for the functioning of the system. Your data will never be given or sold to third parties. You can request an overview of the personal data we keep and you can ask to be removed from our platform.

I rent my parking, can I use Parkle?

Yes, you can, but if you want to use Parkle (sub rent) you need to have permission of the landlord.

What about taxes?

Parkle will generate a tax invoice which you can use to fill in your tax declaration.
